CKT Development Company and CKT Asset Management Company are privately held companies specializing in the development, management, construction, acquisition and disposition of rental apartment communities throughout the state of Florida. The founder and president of CKT, Cindy Taylor, has been involved in all facets of the real estate industry since 1983, and has developed and managed multifamily projects in Florida since 1987. 

CKT Development Company develops and owns apartment communities utilizing its extensive development, construction and local market expertise combined with a carefully selected development team of architects, engineers and contractors. A network of brokers, lenders and joint venture partners combine to complete the team for each project. CKT Asset Management Company manages the apartment communities developed by  CKT, and also provides fee management and consultant services for third party property owners (more information on management services can be found on the CKT Asset Management website). Development consulting and third party development services are also offered.

CKT is known for its meticulous attention to detail and hands-on focus on every project. From site selection to the design of units and amenities to preserving the natural environment to insisting on the highest level of finishes from contractors at turnover, high quality standards are incorporated at every step.
